Learn how to analyze email metrics
Overview
You can see the overall performance and individual performance of each email campaign. The metrics you can see in the beta version are as follows:
- Number of emails delivered
- Open rates
- Number of unsubscribed contacts
- Number of clicks per link (URL)
- Status for each recipient (Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed, Bounced, etc.)
Basics
Track the number of clicks per link (URL)
If you add a link to an email, you can see the number of clicks per link (URL) in the Metrics tab.
Track the number of clicks per recipient
You can see the recipient’s status, number of opens, number of clicks per link (URL), and number of unsubscribes in the Recipients table. You can use this to filter and create a new list to send to other campaigns.
If you are connected to Relate CRM, you can also perform the following additional actions:
- Add to sequence: Add to automation sequence
- Add to list: Create a new list to send to other campaigns
- Add to process: Add to sales process
